  • Stacey Brauer has been proud to be a Realtor® since 2006 and a Managing Broker since 2012.

    As a lifelong Michigander, Stacey grew up in Dearborn Heights, lived in South Lyon for over 18 years, where she raised three great kids and is currently living in Huron Township. She enjoys camping, kayaking, motorcycle road trips, and, most especially, visiting her two daughters in Chicago.

    Before entering the real estate industry, Stacey owned a full-service interior design studio, Partners in Design. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in interior design have been a key tool to help her clients find their perfect homes. 

    "The experience of starting my own company integrated with the design industry helps me to this day. Building my own business and dealing with the nature of aesthetics has given me a unique perspective in helping clients, from staging to marketing to negotiating the deal to close. It is personally fulfilling to help people find their happy place!"

    Stacey Brauer has earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designations and is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Michigan Association of Realtors®, and the Greater Metropolitan Board of Realtors®. The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® has awarded Stacey the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation, and she joins more than 16,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the SRES® designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.
